Considering all of them have factories in Vietnam, the answer is YES.
If you look hard enough you will even find factory/QC rejects for sale.

Pretty much all brands are represented in the upmaket stores in major cities especially Ho Chi Minh.

Yeah but don't have most regularly brands like top man. You can find all brands at Ho chi minh
