Sounds like he has issues with moving on from the past and working together with other countries. The Philippines is in trouble if he doesn't shape up his diplomatic relations and know how to answer challenging questions. If he has trouble defending himself assertively, not aggresively for his actions, there is a red flag. He may know inside, he is in the wrong somewhat & trying to push the spotlight away from himself. No country is on it's own, we all need help from time to time. The Phil will be in trouble, if he keeps insulting other countries and not working toward productive relations. There is a time and a place to move on and work toward a better future. It seems he is clinging on to past hurts of the country and being bitter on his behalf. The country has a hard time sustaining itself on it's own. Guess where the majority of household income came from? From foreign workers, working overseas, including working in North America to give money over to their families in the Philippines because of the economy the government should have been concerned about. Great thanks to North American relations.

Just because because Obama is willing to kiss the *** of foreign leaders doesn't mean others are.

Even the Filipino knows Blacks are treated terrible in the US. But Cons will carefully omit this part out.

YES! If Obama can't even get long with an American ally like Philippine President Duterte, then it is time of Obama to go.
