we will see who is laughing when US cuts off aid to Philippines. Look at what happened with Clark Air Base...Phillippines wanted more $$$ for US base. Clark ruined after volcano and US never went back. LOOK WHERE THAT CITY IS NOW. No industry, lower standard of living, increased homelessness, etc

Do you mean Duterte or Obama? Luckily, we only have to deal with Obama for a few more months. He doesn't even see the world is laughing at him. His lack of resolution arouses my pity. As for Duterte, at least he provides some comic relief.

We're talking about electing a man who pretty much acts the same way in this country. And we've got a winner in Maine who is crazy as a coot.
Duterte has more serious failings of course, but the same concept of foul language and lack of diplomacy sounds no better coming from him than it does from Trump.
