The place, the food, the service and the presentation were all excellent.
The decoration was nice. The space between tables provided excellent privacy. I like the Hokkaido scallop, the lobster bisque and the oysters. The service was also excellent.
This signature restaurant of Banyan Tree Macau has been one of my top favourite Macau Western restaurants! Apart from its great ambiance, the food here was also well executed (their steak was indeed of the the best I have had this year!!) Cant wait to come back!
There's Brunches and then there's Belon's Brunch and you've certainly gotta experience there's.
Ambiance: Beautifully located on 31st Floor of Banyan Tree Resort next to Galaxy Macau . Get a Table next to the windows overlooking the pool of Galaxy. Tables are perfectly spread to allow you privacy. There's a live piano player that certainly lifts the ambiance.
Food: Caviar and Moet Champagne - How can you go wrong ? Free Flow Moet and wines and fresh juices. We loved the Kiwi Juice that they had. Best ever. There's Lobster, New Zealand Lamb Chops, Cuttlefish, Oysters, Foie Gras, Pasta's to order, and the list goes on. Do keep room for Desserts as they have a great selection and delicious.
Service: Attentive staff that are always paying attention without you having to even look for them.
I came here with my wife and friends and all I can say is it was great. I ate good quality seafood for most of the time and particularly liked the oysters (3 different types) and the king crab. The other food available also looked great and the free flow Champagne helped! I would certainly go again.
A warm welcome from the staff, with amazing views over the complex, amazing property, tables well spaced so you are not on top of each other, and the food was the WOW factor, fresh seafood from around the world caviar, lobster, oysters from Europe wagyu beef the list is endless and to finish the kind of sweets soufflé and with complimentary Champagne it was an extraordinary meal, went gambling after lunch and we did not win anything, however, a magic day out.
