Me and my partner went to give the all you can eat at Xin a solid crack!When going over the to buffet I make the rookie mistake of getting a bowl full of red covered octopuses. Well, this turned out of be a epic fail because I thought my tongue was melting away.It so happens the red octopuses were soaked in chilli sauce... So I ended up drinking my beer, my partners entire cocktail, my water, my partners water, my partners replacement cocktail and probably half of Macao's daily intake of water.After my ordeal I tried out the remainder of the food, from the taste buds that I had remaining Xin's food was excellent!

 This place is consistently good. There's enough food and dessert to make sure you are satisfied. Even if you don't like hot pot, they have cooked food too. My only criticism is the place is very busy and perhaps a little understaffed.

Was impressed the last 2 times, but this time was just average at best. The selection was still really good, but the soup base was barely tastier than salt water. The overworked service staff were extra rude。
