Xin has been upgrading itself from a simple hot pot restaurant to offering fancy dim sum and tea while maintaining its hot pot characters. The restaurant is huge but still full of people so it tells how good its is. Individual hot pot is fun when you have a group of friends cos you can maintain your choice while enjoying the social interaction.
This hot pot restaurant is awesome on a cold winters day or you just feel like sweating a bit! Great spread of food for the price you pay and service is also very good.
Every time my family visits Macau, we usually go to Xin, because they simply love it and there's nothing like it in Europe. You basically sit down and choose a type of soup and then there's an enormous buffet of food - meat, vegetables, fish, mushroom, seafood, it's basically endless... - to drop in the soup. The so called hot-pot restaurant. It's great to have a conversation while eating or just to have a different experience of dining,the money for value is quite good. It's a good idea to call and book ahead.
It's buffet style - so you basically pick your own ingredients from the buffet counter and bring it back to the table to cook. The individual pot concept is good. If you want extra special and expensive ingredients - they r also available.
Individual hotpot buffet with incredible variety of fresh seafood, fresh meat and vegetables. Cooked food also available on the buffet while you while for your hotpot to boil. Didn't even have a chance to check out the desserts.
