Spa review selection: to provide you with complete spa Seoul guide, you can find out things to do in 2016, no matter summer or winter tour. Many good reviews are presented on tripadvisor, but Spa Lei is not so fancy and make some visitors disappointed. To be honest, a lady suffered from robbing(more details are at the top of the article). Let's come to presentation of review highlight, and rate first.
Review Highlight: first-timer, temperature selection, Korean beauty

There is a hot pool, extra-hot pool, cool pool, freezing-cold pool, salt-water pool, jet-massage pool, outdoor pool, and foot bath.
I highly recommend paying extra for a scrub. This is where you lay naked on a massage table and a very professional and skilled Korean Ajumma scrubs every corner (well, almost every corner) and polishes off every last ugly old skin cell! My body was squeaky clean afterwards! You need to sign up for this at the counter at entry. They will give you a time appointment once you arrive.
Go, be prepared to stay for hours, because you'll love it and you'll want to. It is fantastic!
Review Highlight: cheap sauna, big locker, obvious sign for guidance
Rate: four stars
Spa Lei is an all-females sauna bathhouse where the locals frequently visit. It is definitely recommended for budget backpackers, as it only costs 14, 000 KRW for a night with sauna, hot water bath and a nice place to sleep (remember to get a blanket as it can get cold in the winter).
It is located about 5 minutes walk from Sinsa Station and on a basement of a certain building where there are obvious signs leading us to it. It may seem dubious since its located on a basement, but, it is an extremely clean, comfortable and atas place.
Review Highlight: spa process, budget spa, spa time

I'm a fan of the hamam type body scrub because it feels great and results in super soft skin. I went to Spa Lei for a scrub and oil massage today. It was my first experience with a Korean spa. It went like this: shower, 10-15 minute soak in hot pool, lie on massage table for repeated, vigorous scrubbing all over that felt like it lasted 35-40 minutes, sudsy wash, rinse, shower, back into hot pool for 5 minutes. Next came the oil massage:back on the table, strong massage with oil, cucumber mask on face, more massaging, hair wash, thorough rinse, back to shower. Toral time: 90 minutes. The price? About $100. I could have spent as long as I wanted resting, going in the sauna and various pools but instead I went to the 3rd floor for lunch. The menu is in Korean only, but I just pointed at someone else's dish and got that. It was a sort of pancake made of green vegetables and batter and it was very good. Wish we had a place like this in Chicago!
