Korea in Rio: Being a part of national archery team is harder than winning gold medals.

The Korean selection system is transparency and justice. Whether archers are qualified in national team only depends on the result and overall strength. The experienced archers always have a sense of crisis that will be fail if not work hard. The youth ones also keep the hope that if he/she works hard enough, he/she will be in team one day. The 2012 women individual champion Chang Hye-jin also failed to enter the national team as she was in a poor condition before 2012 Olympics.
