Introduction: Crispy mixed puff is a famous and common dim sum in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macau. A crispy mixed puff is stuffed with minced pork, chives, small shrimps, Chinese mushrooms and yam beam cubes. Wrap the stuffing in dough made from glutinous flour, wheat starch, sugar, lard and cold water. Deep fry the mixed puff until it turns golden. It is very crispy but not sticky.
