Introduction: Teochew fish dumpling is a traditional snack originated in Chaozhou–Shantou area. The fish is smashed into paste, mixed with pork cubes, shrimp, water chestnut, and then put into a wrapper. Different from other variations, Teochew fish dumpling makes wrappers out of seafood, mainly out of eel. When the broth is boiled, cook fish dumplings in the broth for ten minutes. This food is served with caraway, pepper powder and sesame oil.
