Introduction: Radish dumpling is a traditional snack originated from Hakka cuisine. The radish-shaped dumplings made from white radish and rice flour is the must-have delight for Xingning people of Guangdong at Spring Festival. Stuffing made from shrimps, Chinese mushrooms, pork and other ingredients are put in a radish wrapper and the mixture is steamed.
