Introduction: With the origin of Guangzhou, supreme fragrant stew is a dish similar to the famous Fujian dish “Buddha Jumps over the Wall”. It is said that the dish was invented by some sideway food stalls in Guangdong during the Qing Dynasty. In autumn and winter, those stalls put dog meat, chicken, pork, fish maw and chicken broth in a pot and brewed the ingredients along rice wine, ginger, green onion, salt and other seasonings. It is one of the most famous Cantonese dishes.
