Introduction: Stuffed chicken pocket is a classic dish originated in Chaozhou–Shantou area of Guangdong with a history of over 100 years. The shape of each chicken pocket is compared to a flower in bloom by Chinese people. In the traditional way, the wrapper is made from chicken skin or chicken breast while the improved one is made from scrambled egg. To be honest, the flavor changes a lot even though the egg wrapper is easy-to-make and tasty. The stuffing includes chicken, shrimp, Chinese mushrooms, winter bamboo shoots and larding.
