Introduction: The main ingredients for brown sugar pudding include starch, brown sugar, lard, ginger and mandarin orange. First, the starch is cooked by stir-frying for further process. Second, the brown sugar is boiled and thickened. After screening, the thick brown sugar is boiled with chopped ginger, mandarin orange and some oil. The cooked starch is poured in brown sugar paste by a find screen; in the meantime, the mixture is being stirred along with oil until it turns deep brown. The pudding tastes sweet and chewy.
