Cancelation: Once confirmed, no cancelations may be made. Activity will be canceled when Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or Black Rainstorm Warning is issued. You will be given the option of booking an alternative date or requesting a full refund.

Q Hello! Could E-ticket be redeemed on using date as I go to Macau on that day?
A You can present mobile voucher for redemption of 360 Cafe Macau Tower. However, ferry ticket has to be redeemed 1 hours before departure at least.

Q Hello! Is it child aged 2 should buy package (Buffet Lunch + Ferry)? Should E-ticket be printed? 
A Child aged 2 is free of charge for buffet lunch, but should buy ferry ticket. Please remark during reservation so that we adjust connected seats for you. >> Ferry Ticket Guests can present a mobile voucher.

Q Please help! My daughter is aged 5, but package is for aged 6-11. What can I do?

Q Is there Tuen Mun Ferry + Buffet Lunch Package?
A  Now, there is only Tuen Mun Bus + Buffet Lunch Package.

Q Where is the departure pier & destination pier?
A Depart from Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Terminal (3/F Shun Tak Centre, 200 Connaught Road Central, Sheung Wan), and get off at Taipa Ferry Terminal.

Q Where is counter for redemption? Should we redeem E-ticket of return journey when we return back?
A  Please redeem E-ticket at 305N or 305D (Cotai Water Jet). There will be 2 paper tickets, one for Hong Kong to Macau, the other for Macau to Hong Kong.

Q How can we get to Macau Tower?
A  1. You can get to the Macau Tower from Macau Border Gate Terminal by Transmac bus 9A and TCM18.
2. You can take the free shuttle bus to the Macau Tower at the underground parking of Hark Rock Hotel.
3. Tax from Macau Border Gate Terminal to Macau Tower, might cost about 80HKD. You can also take the shuttle bus to Grand Lisboa Hotel, then take tax to Macau Tower, it only cost 30HKD in this way.

    We have stayed at this hotel several times for convenience to airport. Every other time we have been able to fill out the paperwork to *leave* the country and not have to stand in line at however, this time "there were NO forms". This seems like a very easy fix. One goes to the airport (6 minutes) and picks up blank forms for guests. This was very DISAPPOINTING. In addition, typically the Registration desk staff are very warm and welcoming. This t
