In 20 years of experience in leading the most extravagant theater cabaret show in Patong, Phuket. Now, Phuket Simon Cabaret expand its branch to the heart of phuket town and named it Simon Star Show.

Simon Cabaret has been around since 1991 according to their website. It is one of the 'must go' shows in Phuket for tourirst, famous for their ensemble of lady boys (Thai's term: Kathoey for transsexual women).

The show started quite on time with some familiar tunes here and there in English, Chinese, Korean, Indian etc.They were all dressed in colourful and over the top costumes.

The most entertaining part of this show is the fat lady boy. Agree with a lot of comments that say how bored some of the performers look. Whilst you have a few who are clearly entertainers there were definitely some just going through the motions...but at 3 shows a day 7 days a week I dont blame them. I probably wouldn't go again...and unless cabaret shows and drag shows are up your alley I probably wouldn't bother. I didn't get a photo after the show but watched some people get photos. One guy got a photo with two of the dancers and a third one snuck into the photo when he wasn't looking and she demanded money off him. If you want a photo be forceful with how many are to be in it. You will be amazed by how gorgeous some of the girls are and it would make any woman a little self conscious about how someone who used to be a man...or still are a man can be so feminine and beautiful.

We went to show and booked Vip seats. we were enjoyed in most performers looked .the
good thing nice and friendly staff before the the show . Bad thing the area near the show boring . i think they should build market .
it cool & funny show . i like how they dance with songs.
worth visit.
vip ticket 700 Baht per person with pick up.

An enjoyable time but got caught with the photos outside and didn't realise they would w ant 200 baht for every person in the photo- it got quite expensive.
