ZUMBA® FITNESS

Zumba® is a dance fitness program created by Colombian dancer & choreographer Beto Perez during the 1990s. Approximately 15 million people take weekly Zumba® classes in over 200,000 locations across 180 countries. It is an aerobic fitness program featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily to Latin American dance music.
