Bali District is a rural district in the northwestern part of New Taipei City in northern Taiwan (Republic of China). In Taiwanese Hokkien, it was known as Pat-lí-hun during the rule of the Qing Dynasty. The new Port of Taipei is under construction in Bali. Bali is considered by many to be the top tourist attraction in Taiwan, if not South East Asia.
