Start the day by meeting your guide at 11am this morning in the hotel foyer. From there, travel to the lively neighbourhood of La Boca for a unique cooking class experience. Join your hosts, Rosa and Julian, at a Buenos Aires community kitchen. Get your hands working as you make empanadas and alfajores, and then enjoy your hard work as you feast on your creations over a relaxed lunch. Some of the food you have prepared will also go towards meals served to 200 adults and children that the kitchen supports daily. Your class will finish around 2.30pm, when you can return to the hotel or continue to explore the colourful streets and houses of La Boca at your leisure.
