This morning we will head to the small community of Livichuco for an overnight stay in this small Andean village - an amazing opportunity to experience an area of Bolivia that few tourists ever will. Today we set off early from our altiplano refuge, cross the remainder of the Bolivian Altiplano, and then descend all the way into the Atacama desert. Estimated Drive Time - 8 hours.
