The best time for relaxing on the Black Sand Beach are April-May and August to November. Because during these months, the climate, rainfall, sunshine, etc. are all moderate and pleasant! So let’s have a 2-day-1-night trip at the unique Black Sand Beach!
*The accommodation I recommend in this journal is mainly camping, people could also live in the hotel near Black Sand Beach - Grand Coloane Resort Macau.
Day 1 You could start the trip taking bus line M1, 21A, 25, or 26A to the destination Black Sand Beach. The Black Sand Beach Campsite is big enough accommodating 108 tents with 108-144 people. But you need to register for campsite on the spot which open from 12:00 to 17:00 daily and it charges for 5MOP per night. Public bathroom, street lamps are well-equipped and there will be patrol at night. Getting all things set, you could enjoy yourselves at this beautiful beach then! People are play basketball, volleyball, swimming all around which makes the ambience pleasantly animate. You could do whatever you like. You could join them or play with your friends and family. You could even play with the unique black sand and just enjoy the sunbath. In addition, there are lots of various water activities like sailing and jet-skiing here. You can also rent canoes to enjoy yourselves with your friends and family Black. You could dinner at the famous Fernando’s which spills onto the beach. Arguably, serving the best Portuguese food outside of the home-country, Fernando’s has garnered an excellent reputation for its laidback nature, friendliness and outstanding food. Or you could barbecue or have barbecue at the restaurants nearby, many of which are open til 2AM! You don’t have to worry about food. At night you could have a small chat with your friends or family having beer, barbecue, enjoy the breeze, and appreciate the view. If you want to take a shower, free public bathroom is also available but with cold water. And don’t forget bring a insect repellent because there may be mosquito at night.
