Emphasis on building awareness of the breath and the body. Asanas are practiced at a slower pace with attention to alignment and detail. Recommeded for all levels looking for a soothing, relaxing, and restorative experience, especially those newer to yoga or working with special concerns or injuries. BODYCOMBAT Defined as one of the most complex cardio interval training classes, mixing different style of martial arts, such as: karate, jiu-jitsu, kick box, box routines, muay thai, capoeira or taekwondo. SYNRGY360 X-FIT GROUP TRAINING The adult fitness playground class! Using the Life Fitness Synrgy360, this ultimate multi-station equipment lets you have it all! This interval-based class utilizes a variety of equipment including cables, weights, monkey bars, TRX, kettle bells and more. You can increase strength, power, coordination, and agility, all with a fun cardio kick! FUNCTIONAL TRAINING Exercises train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports. While using various musvles in the upper and lower body at the same time, functional fitness exercises also emphasize core stability. ZUMBA A great mix of Latin flavour and international beats designed to tone your body from head to toe. You will learn the steps to four basic rhythms (merengue, salsa, cumbia and reggaeton), while the instructor spices the choreography with music of different styles. BODYPUMP With this workout you get in shape, tone your major muscle groups while you squat, press or lift the barbell or just free weights. THE REP EFFECT™ will change your body.
