Up until 20 March, users of the My Rio 2016 app who post and share videos of sustainable behaviour in the Embrace Challenge will be strengthening one of the main legacies of the Games, while competing for tickets and prizes

The creators of the best videos in each of the six categories for the challenge – water, accessibility, energy, waste, transport and food – will win a pair of tickets to watch their favourite sport (Olympic or Paralympic) and a kit with official Rio 2016 products
